1. General Provisions

1.1. This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the terms of use of materials and services of the “DARK HOUSE” quest, managed by WORLD OF SHADOW CO., LTD. (Tax ID: 0835567027730) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
1.2. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the legislation of the Kingdom of Thailand.
1.3. Registration or booking of a game on the DARK HOUSE website means full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms, they cannot use the services of DARK HOUSE.
1.4. The Company reserves the right to change the Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on the official website.

2. Conditions of Participation in the Quest

2.1. The “DARK HOUSE” quest is an entertainment event that includes an immersive horror element, conducted according to a pre-prepared scenario with the participation of actors.
2.2. The quest has age and physical restrictions. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed.
2.3. The User agrees to follow the game rules established by the Company, including the prohibition of:
• Physical contact with actors,
• Damage to property and props,
• Photo and video recording,
• Running and sudden movements,
• Violating the script conditions of the game.
2.4. In case of violation of the rules, the administration has the right to terminate the violator’s participation in the quest without a refund.

3. Personal Data and Privacy

3.1. The User agrees to the processing of their personal data, including name, contact details, and booking history.
3.2. Data is used solely for the provision of booking services, participation confirmation, and feedback.
3.3. The Company undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided by Thai law.
3.4. DARK HOUSE has the right to use photos and videos featuring players for marketing purposes only with their consent.
3.5. Users can request deletion of their personal data by contacting us via email at darkhousephuket@gmail.com.

4. Use of Cookies

4.1. Our website uses cookies to improve user experience and website functionality.
4.2. Cookies are used for:
• Website analytics and performance tracking,
• Security purposes,
• Improving navigation and usability.
4.3. Users can disable cookies in their browser settings at any time.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. DARK HOUSE provides services “as is” and is not responsible for any physical or emotional reactions of players during the quest.
5.2. The User is fully responsible for their health and physical condition before visiting the quest.
5.3. DARK HOUSE is not responsible for lost or left belongings of players.
5.4. If a player damages equipment or props, they must compensate for the damage caused.

6. Booking and Payment

6.1. Booking is made via the website, messengers, or by phone.
6.2. Payment is made online or on-site before the game.
6.3. Cancellation of the booking is possible at least 24 hours before the game, otherwise, the payment is non-refundable.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand.
7.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if an agreement cannot be reached, they are settled in court at the Company’s place of registration.
7.3. This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
